Parts for this sector tend to be heavier gauge, simpler in geometry and far less forgiving in service than anything on a consumer product. A prop rod bracket on a three-phase separator is not a complicated stamping. It just has to hold, outdoors, for years, under load and weather, in a place where replacing it means shutting something down.
The 260 ton StamTech runs stock up to .187 by 24 inches, and the Cooper Weymouth cradle and straightener feeds .250 by 24. That is the heavy end of our range, and it is where most energy work sits.

Frontier builds its own dies. You pay for the tool once, when the parts are acceptable to you, and after that you never pay us for that tool again — setups, maintenance, sharpening, storage and complete rebuilds are covered for as long as the part design does not change.

Do you do welded assemblies?
Yes, including robotic welding. Many energy parts arrive as a print for a weldment rather than a single stamping.
