Our Team
The people who build the tools and run the presses, and the two roles we are always interested in.

The reason a customer calls here and gets a straight answer is that the person answering has usually been doing this a long time, and can walk to the press.
Tool and die is a trade that takes years to learn and cannot be shortcut. A good die maker is the difference between a tool that runs for four million hits and one that fights you from the first tryout, and that knowledge does not live in a document.

We are hiring
Two roles we are more or less always interested in:
- Press operators — we will train the right person. What cannot be trained is showing up and caring whether the part is right.
- Tool builders — experienced die makers, and apprentices who want to learn the trade properly.
If either sounds like you, send a resume through the contact form or call us. A conversation is fine too; you do not need a formal application to start one.
Send us a print
Tell us the part, the material and the annual quantity. We will come back with a straight answer on tooling, lead time and price.
Open Monday through Friday.
