The customer’s requirements are reviewed and well understood before moving forward on a project. Frontier has implemented a system with 30+ check points to make sure we’ve thought of everything before processing a PO. The same engineer that mechanically drafts the tooling is the same engineer that monitors die wear and reverse engineers issues on the floor, a fact that scores high for quality tooling. Similarly, the tool builders are responsible to ensure parts built from their tooling are 100% within spec. We inspect to our customers’ requirements.
